What trainings have you taken that involved movement?
I am a member of the Pilates Method Alliance and a PMA Certified Pilates Instructor. I have been trained through Power Pilates (2006) The Physical Mind Institute (2009) and understudied with Michael Miller Pilates (2009), The Pilates Center (2010), Lolita San Miguel (2010), and Balanced Body University with Jennifer Gianni (2011). I'm Core Power Yoga Certified, and completed a 200-hr RYT. I also graduated from the American and European Massage Clinic. I am currently a licensed massage and Bodywork therapist—LMBT.
If you could trade lives with one person for an entire day, who would it be and why?
I wouldn't want to change lives with anyone, but if I had to it would probably be Angelina Jolie. She seems to operate in a positive way on many levels. From raising a family, maintaining her career and passion, and giving back to the world. And it doesn't hurt that Brad Pitt would be my husband for the day. :)

Definitely slow down a good day! You can always change a bad day :)

What are your hobbies?
Learning (continuing education),reading, strength training or anything fitness related, ballroom dancing, piano and astrology.
What brought you to yoga?
I was initially intrigued by yoga knowing that it was the beginning of a greater spiritual path and the numerous ways it keeps you consistently going inward to deepen your relationship with yourself. I love the Asana practice as well!
