Learning handstands requires not only practice, but certain strength and stability drills that will help you feel more confident upside down. In this handstand clinic, we will provide you with five effective drills each clinic. During the clinic there will be plenty of time to explore each drill with hands-on assistance, if needed.  

These drills will help you build wrist extension/flexion, shoulder stability and strength, and the abdominal/neutral pelvis connection required to find safe and aligned handstands (no banana back).
