What trainings have you taken that involved movement?
200 hour 180 hot yoga teacher training with Emily Wallace and IFTA Children's Yoga Teacher Training.
If you could trade lives with one person for an entire day, who would it be and why?
I really don't think I would give a day of my own life to spend as someone else. I am pretty content and happy being me, enjoying my own journey.
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
My biggest accomplishment by far is becoming a mother. Seeing my two children grow into such amazing little people lights me up from the inside out.
What is your favorite memory?
Spending a week in Jamaica with my husband for our honeymoon. No worries, perfect weather, beautiful beach, and the beginning of a wonderful life together.
What is your spirit animal?
A butterfly. An animal that begins as one and becomes another, just waiting on my wings!
What is your favorite restaurant in downtown Raleigh?
Hmmmm, so many great places downtown but I do think that J. Betski's is my favorite place for delicious tummy-filling authentic German food and wine.

No question, slow down a good day. A bad day does not have to stay bad.

110 Yoga, so proud of these amazing women!
What are your hobbies?
All things fitness, triathlons, open water swimming, obviously hot yoga, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family.
What brought you to yoga?
After training for an Ironman my body just hurt, my coach recommended yoga. I decided to give hot yoga a try. So, I started my practice for the physical challenge and amazing workout it provides but I fell in love with hot yoga when I realized all of the other amazing things it has to offer. It really can change your life.
If you could give your 13 year old self advice, what would it be?
Love yourself fiercely. Always.
