Whether you are a couch potato, weekend warrior or competitive athlete, we will help you eliminate bad habits and assist in creating positive habits. 


This workshop will teach you how to: 

  • Self-test and detect for areas of dysfunction
  • Treat the dysfunction
  • Alleviate pain
  • Keep your body performing as efficiently as possible

The Stretch N Roll Workshop is held once a month.
Limited to 28 participants per class.


These classes will provide you with a daily routine that will incorporate the effective techniques of:

  • Soft tissue mobilization
  • Joint mobilization
  • Mobility exercises
  • Corrective neuromuscular re-training

Stretch N Roll Class is all levels and held on Thursdays at 12:00 p.m. (Pictures of class below)

  • Self-test flow sheet
  • Individualized mobility routine
  • Videos of self-tests and treatment techniques
