James Campbell (Jimbo)

Hi Everyone! James Campbell here, but for those who know me, know I go by Jimbo.

I found my way to 110 on accident running late to a martial arts class, funny how sometimes things going wrong makes them go right. I completed my teacher training May of 2020, and my only regret is not finding the studio earlier to implement some of these concepts learned to connect the unseen dots in optimal performance. It truly can help for all movement modalities, and also carried over to any other area of life, which is an amazing part of the yoga journey.

In my classes you will find a sense of strong alignment-based vinyasa w/a mix of modern day functional movements & tasty transitions. Tossing in some enchanting trance-like electronic music with a tribal feel, while we embark on this yoga journey together. My beliefs on movement have grown to strongly align with the values @ 110, stressing strength & stability first, over flexibility, and that range is earned over time. In my classes you can rest assured that you will grow strong, and learn to feel in control of the movements building strength in balance.

When I’m not in the studio, you can find me out doing Jedi Stuff (Star Wars buff), monkeying around, or pretending I’m Rocky @ the Tobacco Trail. I enjoy physical training in Martial Arts, jiu jitsu in particular, climbing, dancing, shadow boxing, and mixing them all together. I enjoy pretty much any form of sport, but enjoy being physically in it, rather than watching them.

I believe that human potential is nearly limitless, only limited in our mind, and that I am just cracking the surface of what will be on this journey of yoga, come join me and see what is possible!
