RACHAEL Marshburn

Rachel found 110 Yoga after researching various studios in the area offering teacher training. After 10 years of practicing different disciplines of yoga she was attracted to the emphasis on bodily alignment and strength building to earn the flexibility that follows in the postures. She incorporates these ideas along with creative sequencing into her classes. Her flows are accompanied by all genre playlists with breath cues/ reminders of bodily awareness, core based warm ups, fun transitions throughout and options for arm balances and inversions if desired. 

She found yoga as a tool to be present in the moment and enjoys sharing this movement mediation practice with others in the community. 

When not in the studio Rachel enjoys teaching Aerial classes, spending time outside hiking and camping, traveling with her partner, eating sushi and reading in tree strung hammocks.
