110 Yoga was created to honor traditional vinyasa while also modernizing elements of the physical practice for today’s world.
We specialize in sequences built around alignment, core, functional poses, and transitions. Our sequences are designed to be a complimentary modality for all other things our bodies do - walking, running, jumping, swimming, weight lifting, cycling, life, etc.
CLASSES
All classes heat range from 95-105°F

All Levels | 60 Minutes
This class is designed to help you learn proper alignment and breath control. It is a whole-body strengthening practice that includes sun salutations, standing postures, simple arm balances, core strengthening, and basic inversions.

All Levels | 60 Minutes
This class blends the precision of Pilates with the flow and extension of yoga. Core flow has a strong emphasis on strength and stability using the core muscles. A strong core is one of the golden tickets to alleviating pain and preventing injuries.

All Levels | 45 and 60 Minutes
Strength & Balance is designed to help you gain the strength and stability your body needs to enhance your yoga practice and overall performance. Our 50-minute classes center on increasing functional strength, correcting muscular imbalances and posture, and improving balance. This is not a yoga sculpt class.
Class includes optional resistance bands and kettlebells, and is held in a non-heated room. (Warm temperature)

Beginners and Advanced Levels | 60 Minutes
Fundamentals Hot Flow is a class geared towards learning alignment and proper transitions of a hot flow. We will break down what it means to "stabilize" in postures and transitions. This class will introduce and reinforce the top 15-20 poses in a hot flow. Alignment is the key to injury prevention and pain management. Remember yoga is a lifelong practice, it should heal your body, not harm your body.

Not quite ready for classes or simply interested in deepening your body awareness by taking it a bit slower? This is a great alternative for learning alignment and progressively building stability, mobility, and strength.
We offer 1:1 sessions for beginners who want to transition to group classes or for anyone who wants a more specialized session geared toward healing injuries or working toward specific goals.

Whether you are a first-time mama or a seasoned mama our Pre and Postnatal packages are designed for each mama’s needs and birth plan.
RPYT Certified Instructor, Summer Leverete emphasizes using breath work for optimal connection to mind and body movement.Her Natal programs are curated so that each mother has a solid foundation of strength, body alignment, and movement that supports you throughout your pregnancy, during birth, and your transition to recovery.
